La belle échappée – Phase 2

La Belle Échappée is a traveling immersive project created by La Cargaison in collaboration with the MRC du Haut-Richelieu in 2025. The initiative brought art directly into peri-urban municipalities through a series of interactive installations.

For the second phase, the experience highlighted painter Roger Alexandre. Audiences could step into his studio in virtual reality and watch him at work on one of his canvases. A QR code extended the experience into augmented reality, unlocking access to a full virtual museum where his works could be explored digitally.

I was responsible for the creation of the virtual museum, developing the interactive 3D environment that allowed visitors to wander through Roger Alexandre’s works online, blending VR, AR, and web technologies to extend the reach of the project.
